PADUCAH, KY. — Several key staff promotions have been announced as part of a succession plan at Dippin’ Dots, a maker of flash-frozen beads of ice cream and other novelties.

Steve Heisner has been named senior vice president. Mr. Heisner has been with Dippin’ Dots for 25 years, most recently as vice president of administration and human resources for the past 10 years.

Doug Barwig has been promoted to vice president of operations. Mr. Barwig has been with Dippin’ Dots for 17 years and has held a variety of roles, most recently overseeing West Coast and international operations.

Adam Gross has been elevated to vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Gross has been with the company for 15 years, most recently as senior director of sales.

Steve Rothenstein has been named associate vice president of franchising. A 25-year veteran of the franchise industry, he most recently was director of franchising.
