Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC on Thursday reported a small decrease in pretax profit for fiscal 2021 and said that all of its regions performed well and revenue grew in the year.
The provider of specialist consultancy services posted a pretax profit of 9 million pounds ($12.6 million) for the year ended March 31, compared with GBP9.3 million for the year earlier period.
Revenue rose to GBP98.1 million from GBP90.9 million for the same period a year earlier, with net fee income rising 10% to GBP98.02 million.
The board is recommending a final dividend of 4.85 pence a share.
“All the growth drivers for our business continue to add impetus to our performance with assets under management in the asset and wealth management industry expected to increase by over 30% by 2025,” Chief Executive Euan Fraser said.
